AAA Rents provides 1 white vinyl covered and skirted table (8') and two folding chairs per booth space. If you are needing a different size table or additional furniture, tables or accessories, fill out the additional equipment order form and send it to them with payment by November 3, 2021. (Contact information provided on the order form.)
Booth Exhibit or set up is Thursday, November 18th, from 8 am - 6 pm CT. (Vendors with larger equipment are encouraged to make arrangements to set up earlier. Please call 785-426-2092)
Proof of Liability Insurance will be required of all vendors naming McCook Farm & Ranch Expo LLC, 2370 Hwy 161 Bird City, KS 67731 as additional insured.
